We’re seeking compassionate, grounded therapists to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility (virtual and/or in-person) and a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and high-quality client care.
Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate in supervision and team consultation
Participate in ongoing learning and community connection
Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Licensed or provisionally licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPCC)
Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed and somatic work
Open to collaboration, learning, and feedback
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Preferred training or interest in: IFS, EMDR, DBT, EFT, or somatic therapy
Individual and group supervision
Credentialing with insurance panels
