Psychologist – Child & Family Therapy (Virtual-First + Hybrid Option in Denver)

Job Description

Growing Together Child and Family Therapy is a warm, collaborative group practice providing evidence-based care for children, teens, and families.

We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our expanding team. This role is virtual-first, with an optional hybrid/in-person component near the Central Park neighborhood in Denver.

This position is ideal for psychologists who want meaningful clinical work, excellent support, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and families
• Offer parent coaching and family-centered interventions
• Support concerns such as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, neurodivergence, and behavioral challenges
• Maintain timely documentation and treatment planning
• Participate in consultation and collaboration
• Option to provide in-person sessions near Central Park (Denver)
• Optional psychological testing opportunities (negotiable)

Qualifications

Required:

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
• Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in Colorado
• Experience working with children and families

Preferred:

• Interest in PCIT, SPACE, ACT, EFFT, CPS, CBT, i-CBT, RO-DBT, or related models
• Experience supporting neurodivergent children and complex presentations
